Laser Printer Heat Transfer Paper Now Available at Pro Distributors!

IMPORTANT NOTE: COLOR LASER PRINTERS AND COLOR LASER COPIERS ARE NOT THE SAME!

Color Laser Copiers (CLC’s) are generally low fusing temperature color laser copiers, large units usually found in copy shops, that use a fuser oil. Color Laser Printers ( CLP’s) are color laser printers with high fusing temperatures that do not use a fuser oil and run a larger # of copies per minute in color. These will generally be desk top models found in offices and newer color laser copiers coming on the market that do not use a fuser oil. These two types of machines require different papers. If you are not sure which paper you need, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-658-2027 and we will help you select the proper paper for your machine. In other words, if you run a low fusing temperature paper thru a high temperature fusing machine you will melt it to the rollers. We are providing this information to help you better understand the machines you are working with so that when you run your transfer paper the first time you will be a happy customer!

Finally! Heat transfer papers for color laser printers are here! The fusing sections in color laser printers run hotter than the fusing sections in color laser copiers. Color laser printers require a special heat transfer paper to minimize problems associated with transfer coating softening in the fuser section of these machines.

Printing to a color laser printer is generally quicker than most ink-jet printers. Additionally these machines cost less than color laser copiers and image washability is usually better than transfers produced with ink-jet printers.

PHOTO-TRANS^® ImageClip Heat Transfer Paper eliminated the need to "weed" or trim around the image area of the transfer and the product is not prone to undesired toner spots in the non-image area. OPAQUE1117 11" x 17" OPAQUE MATERIAL FOR DARK SHIRTS

ULTRA WHITE OPAQUE 11" X 17" FOR DARK OR COLORED SHIRTS

ULTRA WHITE OPAQUE 11" X 17": Note- This product is not processed in your copier/printer. It is an ultra-thin white "backing" that is used in conjunction with our transfer papers as a second step when transferring to dark or colored shirts. Use with 100% cotton or polyester blends. It provides a bright white background for your print and keeps the color of the shirt from distorting your image. You simply momentarily press your transfer paper to the opaque material, trim the excess and then re-press the combination for the recommended time and temperature. Sheets are 11" X 17" in size. Cut and use as needed. Small images may be ganged up to produce several impressions from a single 11 X 17 sheet. A little more work, but Ultra White Opaque works great!
